I was home to help mom with some stuff. Merl called to ask if I wanted to join her & Jon 'cos they planned to head down to IT fair when Jon knocks off. So I agreed!
Met at Suntec City. The usual blur me was late. Dad said he'd fetch me but who knew he'd only leave the house at 7pm so I told him it's okay I'll go down on my own. City Link was so bloody packed with humans. The whole linkage from City Link to Suntec City was packed. The queue was so damn long. I seriously couldn't breathe fresh air. So much for being short :( The escalator to the IT fair was packed as well. You gotta queue to get in! So we decided that we go for dinner first. As we walked, we left Suntec & walked all the way to the alley at Bugis. Amazing huh? Jon led the way! We had dinner at Phin's Steakhouse!
We had buffalo wings, seafood salad & beer battered fish & chips. Merl said the fish & chips at Botak Jones is better. But whatdehver, it tastes nice to me & it fills my tummy yummy.
Someone A went to tell Someone B that Jon, me with the rest went clubbing. So Someone B went to tell Someone C. Someone C went to Jon & go, 'Wah you bring your cousin go chiong ah!?'
When Jon told us, I was in the state of shock. Merl was like ?? Jon asked who knows that I went clubbing that night. I told him a few close friends. He asked if my friend in Shatec **coughsKwaicoughs** knows them or talks to them. I told him no, they don't. Merl said this could be it. I was like ?? This is such a big question mark.
After dinner, we walked to Cathay. We decided that we have nothing better to do 'cos we didn't want to drink/club tonight so we planned to catch late night movie.
While walking, we talked about who's gonna alight first later when we cab back.
Merl: Aiya me first la hor 'cos I'm a girl.
Jon: Okay okay then next is me.
Me: Huh but I'm always a girl!
*Merl & Jon laughs*
Jon: I'm a shim *do that gay hand gesture*

So Jon suggested that we catch The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep. He said it's cute so we watched.
If you're thinking of watching this, I'm telling you that you should, never watch it. It's boring as hell. Parts of it don't make sense. Like, Augus is scared of water but in the last few scene, he could swim. Another is, when he goes into the water, he could open his eyes & he doesn't have air bubbles coming out of his mouth/nose. I wonder how he breathe, seriously. Merl was bored to death.
And one of more thing, never eat Cathay's Churros. They suck. Super bloody hard like metal. Jon said he'd make them for me someday. I told him I want extra cinnamon sugar :D Heh. So after the movie, it was approaching 12 midnight. So we walked to this shopping centre (I can't remember the name but it's near Rocher bean curd store) to grab a cab. Jon alighted, then Merl then me. It was about 12 plus when I got home.
What a great night :)
